Generative AI is rapidly becoming part of academic and professional life. Yet, the real value of AI does not come from simply asking better questions. It comes from learning how to turn AI into a structured, reliable, and reusable workflow for real professional tasks.

SUSTERA Research & Innovation Center, Cambodia, in collaboration with its international academic partners, presents this 3-Day International Online Seminar designed to take participants beyond basic prompting and introduce them to the practical use of Claude for professional and academic workflows.

The seminar will be facilitated by Dr. Mohammad Aamir Khan, Claude Expert, Saudi Arabia, and will combine conceptual understanding with practical demonstrations and an applied assignment.

Duration: 3 Days × 90 Minutes

Why This Seminar?

Many professionals already use Generative AI for drafting, summarizing, brainstorming, or answering questions. This seminar moves to the next stage: using AI as part of a systematic professional process.

Participants will explore how Claude can support workflows involving research, analysis, academic work, accounting, finance, economics, university administration, and other knowledge-intensive activities.

The emphasis throughout the seminar will be on practical skills, real-world applications, verification, responsible AI use, and reusable workflows.

Three-Day Learning Journey

Day 1: Claude AI – From Simple Prompts to a Professional AI Workflow

Participants will learn how to move from isolated prompts toward structured AI workflows. The session will introduce effective context-setting, interview-first prompting, multi-step analysis, verification, and responsible use of AI.

Day 2: Claude Skills & Projects

The second day focuses on organizing more sophisticated and recurring work. Participants will explore how Claude Projects can support ongoing professional activities and how Skills can help transform successful processes into reusable workflows for recurring academic and professional tasks.

Day 3: Applied Assignment

On the final day, participants will apply the learning from Days 1 and 2 to a realistic academic or professional problem. The objective is to develop an AI-assisted workflow that produces a practical deliverable, moving the learning from demonstration to application.

Examples and applications throughout the seminar will draw from areas such as accounting, finance, economics, university budgeting, financial analysis, multinational business scenarios, economic analysis, research, taxation, classroom applications, and higher education administration.

Who Should Attend?

The seminar is particularly suitable for faculty members, researchers, accounting and finance professionals, economists, university administrators, trainers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as professionals interested in developing practical applications of Generative AI.

No advanced technical or programming background is required. The program is designed around the practical application of AI in professional and academic work rather than coding.
