Registration and Participation

Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Sustera does not store your debit or credit card details. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all registrations, fees, and related payments made for conferences, seminars, workshops, immersion programs and other professional events ("Events") organized by or in participation with SUSTERA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION CENTER CO., LTD ("the Company"), registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia. By completing a payment using credit/debit cards or other electronic methods processed via ABA Bank, the participant ("Registrant") agrees to this Policy.
Refund eligibility, participant cancellation, event cancellation, refund processing timelines, chargebacks, force majeure, and other terms are governed by our official Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Certificates
Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the conference or training program and meet the required criteria such as attendance, submission, or assessment requirements defined by the organizer.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the property of Sustera or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Users retain rights to their submitted research work, but grant permission to use it for conference and publication purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Sustera shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or participation in any conference or training program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
Privacy
By using our platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect and use your personal information. We are committed to protecting your data and using it only for platform-related services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
