The NEXTGEN Global Internship 2026 is a 180-hour International Internship & Professional Readiness Program designed to help university students and young professionals gain practical experience, global exposure, and workplace-ready skills.
Jointly offered by SUSTERA Research & Innovation Center, Cambodia, LDST Development Cambodia Co., Ltd. (TV-Tower 1), Cambodia, and EduEdge Consultants Pty Ltd, Australia, the program combines international mentoring, real-world projects, AI-enabled professional skills, career readiness, professional communication, portfolio development, and final assessment.
Participants can choose between a fully online internship or the Hybrid + Cambodia Global Residency, which adds a 6-night/7-day international residency in Phnom Penh featuring professional, academic, networking, and cultural exposure.
What Makes NEXTGEN Different?
Participants successfully completing the program can receive three institutional certificates, along with a Professional Commendation & Recommendation Letter, providing meaningful evidence of their internship experience, skills development, and professional engagement.

**For group registrations, payment must be made collectively through one account. After payment, the group coordinator should send the complete list of group members to [email protected]. The remaining group members must individually sign up on the SUSTERA platform, after which their registrations will be verified and confirmed by the SUSTERA Support Office. For cohorts of more than 10 students, please email [email protected] so that a dedicated group payment link can be created on the SUSTERA platform
